The Apartments
Which apartments are available for rent? Villa Tomasini offers two independent, fully renovated apartments:
- The Dolce Vita — A 90 m² two-bedroom apartment, ideal for 2 to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a covered terrace.
- The Bella Vista A 110 m² three-bedroom apartment accommodating up to 8 guests, with large bay windows and panoramic views over the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
Are the apartments well equipped? Yes, both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine), air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, TV and everything you need for a self-catering stay.
Are bed linen and towels provided? Yes, bed linen and bath towels are provided (explicitly mentioned for the Bella Vista).
Location & Access
Where exactly is Villa Tomasini located? The villa is nestled in the heart of Porticcio, in Southern Corsica, with panoramic views over the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
How do I get to the villa from the airport? Ajaccio Airport (Campo dell'Oro) is just a 10-minute drive away.Private parking is included within the residence.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby? Yes, the villa is within immediate reach of shops, restaurants, cinemas and water sports activity providers in Porticcio.
Shared Amenities
Can I use the pool freely? Yes, the heated and secured private pool (retractable deck) is available at any time to all guests. A fully equipped pool house for barbecues is also at your disposal.
What other shared amenities are there? The residence features a tree-lined garden with a pétanque court and, for Bella Vista guests, access to a fitness room.
Is there parking? Yes, private and secure parking is included within the residence.
Rates & Stay Conditions
What is the minimum length of stay? The minimum stay is generally 6 nights. 6 nights, and 7 nights during low season en basse saison (printemps, arrière-saison).

Can I order groceries for my arrival? Yes! Tomasini Location offers a Stress-free service: your groceries are ready from the moment you arrive. Three options are available:
- Gourmet hamper (€70): Corsican specialties — charcuterie, cheeses, honey, cakes from local producers.
- Savory breakfast. (50 € pour 4 personnes) : café, thé, lait, jus d’orange, pain de mie, œufs, jambon, beurre, fruits de saison. +10 € par personne supplémentaire.
- Sweet breakfast. (40 € pour 4 personnes) : café, thé, lait, jus d’orange, pain de mie, confiture, beurre, fruits de saison. +10 € par personne supplémentaire.
